By accessing or using DoYourDD (“the Service”) at YOUR_DOMAIN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
DoYourDD aggregates publicly available financial data and social media signals to produce momentum scores and AI-assisted Due Diligence summaries for publicly traded stocks. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute regulated financial advice.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. We do not manage money or execute trades on behalf of users.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Access to certain features requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your access token confidential. You must not share your token with others or use another person's token. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your token.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the Service (including automated scraping), or that are associated with fraudulent payment activity.
Free tier: Available at no charge, subject to usage quotas stated on the pricing page.
Paid (Pro) tier: Billed monthly at $29/month or annually at $228/year (equivalent to $19/month), charged in advance.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
No refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused quota, or if you forget to cancel before a renewal date. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at billing@YOUR_DOMAIN within 7 days and we will review it.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by emailing billing@YOUR_DOMAIN. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices on reasonable notice (at least 14 days). Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All content, design, code, scoring models, and AI-generated analysis produced by DoYourDD are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may use outputs from the Service for your own personal investment research. You may not reproduce, publish, or commercially distribute outputs without our written consent.
Underlying financial data (prices, fundamentals, filings) is sourced from third-party providers and remains subject to their respective terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) data or analysis will be accurate, complete, or timely; (c) any signal or score will predict future price movements. Financial data contains errors and delays. AI-generated analysis may be incorrect.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoYourDD and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
The Service integrates with third-party data and infrastructure providers (Stripe, Google, Render, Anthropic, Finnhub, Tiingo, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their respective terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
